Palisades Launches New Website to Provide NJ Drivers
with More Service and Options for Car Insurance 

BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ - December 2, 2008 -The largest independent agent auto insurer in New Jersey, Palisades Safety and Insurance Management Corporation (“Palisades”) recently launched a new website, Palisades.com to provide consumers with valuable information when searching for auto insurance in New Jersey.

The features of Palisades.com include a click-to-chat and click-to-call function providing consumers with the ability to get immediate answers to questions, a 24/7 online bill payment option, a rate ticker displaying savings customers received by switching to Palisades insurance, and an easy way for consumers to find an independent insurance agent in their community.

“We wanted a site that demonstrates that Palisades is the nice New Jersey car insurance company, working to help New Jersey drivers find the best auto insurance rates,” said Ed Fernandez, Palisades President and CEO. “The new website achieves this by providing valuable consumer information on car insurance while conveying the company’s commitment to New Jersey,” said Fernandez.

Palisades.com speaks to NJ drivers in a section called “Nice Drives in NJ” that provides consumers with help finding cheap gas, traffic information, safety tips, carpooling information, and great places to visit in New Jersey.

For greater convenience Palisades added functionality that allows customers to manage their auto policy online. Customers can make their car insurance payments online, view payment history and installment schedules, and print policy documents like insurance coverages and invoices.
