Door to Door Valet Claim Service makes getting your car fixed fast and easy. It’s like having a personal valet – your car is picked up and returned to you. You don’t have to leave your home or office, or visit a repair shop. It’s our way of making the repair process as stress-free as possible, often with only one phone call.

First, you select from a list of nearby Door to Door body shops. Then we’ll pick up your damaged car or truck and have it towed to your selected shop. If you have rental coverage, we’ll arrange to have a rental vehicle delivered to you. Finally, when your car or truck is repaired, we’ll deliver it to your home or office, pick up the rental and return it for you. If the cost to repair your car is under $5,000, in most cases the car will be returned to you within eight business days.^*

We do it all for you, from start to finish. In addition, because we pre-qualify participating repair facilities, the work can start immediately, and is guaranteed for as long as you own the car.
