Accident Forgiveness Coverage
We will forgive most customer's single Palisades claim if that is the only claim on the policy in the past five years. While most carriers make you wait for years before offering a forgiveness program, the Palisades accident forgiveness coverage is available at no charge upon your first renewal. All you need to do to qualify is to be insured for four consecutive years with your prior insurance carrier(s) and to have had no other auto insurance claims during that period.
Guaranteed Lifetime Repairs
In the event of an accident or other damage, you can have covered automobile damage repaired at a Palisades guaranteed repair shop. Palisades will guarantee the quality and workmanship of the repairs for as long as you own or lease the vehicle. Click here for more information.
Door to Door Valet Service SM
This free coverage is a repair option designed to make dealing with an auto accident hassle-free and easy. That's nice New Jersey auto insurance for you. If you have comprehensive or collision coverage and, in the event your car needs to be repaired, we’ll arrange for your damaged vehicle to be picked up by a certified body shop, a rental car delivered to you in New Jersey, and, once repairs are completed, your car returned to you, free of additional charge.
Replacement Value Coverage
Palisades will replace your totaled vehicle with the newest available same or similar model. Replacement Value Coverage is free, and applies to original owners of vehicles insured for comprehensive and collision coverage. It applies for a total loss within the first 24 months of purchase for vehicles with mileage of 30,000 miles or less.
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Parts Coverage
Provided at no charge and covers the cost to replace damaged parts with Original Equipment Manufacturer parts when the damaged parts cannot be repaired. This enhancement applies to Collision, Limited Collision and Comprehensive coverage (excluding glass). Palisades wants repairs to your vehicle to have the highest standard of quality, fit, finish, and safety.
