The Online Marketing Analyst will be tasked with driving customer acquisition online; implementing, evaluating, and optimizing High Point's annual online marketing plans. He/she will analyze click streams, site traffic and activity, maximize lead volume and conversion of high quality customer prospects. Identify opportunities and test new approaches to optimize the quote/sales funnel. Present learnings and recommendations to senior management.

In this position you will manage the following initiatives:

  • Recommend and Utilize advanced web analytics/metrics and data collection tools to measure web transaction activity and maximize the marketing funnel.
  • Provide direction to and work with external interactive marketing agency. Validate their data/reports and ensure overall execution and reporting quality.
  • Work collaboratively with Agent Marketing, Product Management and PR departments on related marketing initiatives.

    Qualifications, Experience and Education:

  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to quickly review data, interpret and analyze results, develop and present recommendations, and direct agency vendors.
  • 5+ years experience in/knowledge of the range of Online marketing tactics and analytics tools, with demonstrated results and success in managing and optimizing Paid Search campaigns, Display Media, Affiliate Marketing, Email campaigns, etc.
  • Experience working in a high-traffic/volume, transactional, E-commerce website environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of website functionality, specifically the role of online analytics tools in the support of marketing business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements to functional specifications for website build and measurement.
  • Understanding of the role of online in the general marketing mix.
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships.
  • Direct to consumer web marketing experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experienced, informed insight into consumer shopping/purchase/transactional behavior online.
  • Thorough technical knowledge of Search Engine Marketing, Analytics packages and services.
  • A results-oriented individual who executes; establishes action plans and milestones to evaluate and revise decisions as appropriate; and prioritizes accordingly to ensure greatest amount of return.
  • Entrepreneurial; open to ideas with a demonstrated track record of bringing new ideas and approaches to fruition.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; collaborative with strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
