How can I pay my Palisades policy?
There are several options to pay for your Palisades insurance policy:
- Pay instantly online. Login to your account here, or take 3 minutes to set-up a new online login. Currently, this is only available for personal auto insurance; it will soon be available for other Palisades policy types.
- Pay automatically with the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Payment Plan. This plan automatically deducts your monthly installments from either your checking or savings account. Contact your Palisades agent for more information on this option - or simply download the PDF form by clicking here (you'll need Adobe Reader). Just print, complete and mail it. The EFT form can be faxed in to Palisades at 908.790.7845.
- If you have personal auto insurance, you can also use the telephone to pay 24/7 through the Automated Billing Attendant on 888.725.9004. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week you can pay from your checking account, savings account, Visa or MasterCard.
- Your Palisades agent can accept all forms of payment, including credit cards.

What are my options for auto payment plans or schedules?
Personal Auto Insurance
You can select from the payment plan that suits your needs:
| Pay in Full | You may be entitled to an additional 5% discount when you pay the full premium. |
| 4-Pay Plan | Become insured with an initial down payment, followed by payment 60, 120 and 180 days after the effective date. |
| 8-Pay Plan | Become insured with an initial down payment, followed by payments on the same day each month, for the next 7 months. |
| Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Payment Plan, also known as the 11-Pay Plan | This plan automatically deducts your monthly installments from your checking or savings account. The first payment is the effective day of your policy, with the remaining payments automatically deducted on the same day each month for the next 10 months. To get EFT, you can download the PDF form by clicking here (you'll need Adobe Reader). Just print, complete and mail it. The EFT form can be faxed in to Palisades at 908.790.7845. Commercial Auto Insurance
You can select a plan that fits your business needs:
| Pay in full | Pay the entire premium at the start. |
| Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) | Also called automatic bill pay. With a small down payment of 10%, your remaining 10 payments are withdrawn automatically from a checking or savings account. |
| Installment Plan | With a 25% down payment, receive 7 bills directly and make payments by mail or online. |

We're glad you like Palisades. If you’ve misplaced the renewal questionnaire, click here to download and open a copy (you'll need Adobe Reader to view and print). You can fill out the questionnaire in Adobe, or just print, complete it and mail it to the address printed at the top of the questionnaire.
Can I deal with Palisades directly?
Palisades is an Independent Agency Company. How can I manage my insurance policy online?
Paying bills and reviewing your personal car insurance coverages, deductibles, and payment schedule has never been easier for your personal auto insurance policy. Commercial auto, umbrella, and flood insurance policies be be available online in early 2010. After you login to your account, you have several options:
- Make a payment - pay via credit card or a direct debit from a bank account
- My profile - change your registered email address, security information or password. Use this option to select "Electronic Documents" where all documents, including invoices and policy documents, are sent to you via email.
- View my billing information - view payment plan, payment history, current payment due, or future payment installments due
- Print documents - view and print declaration pages, a summary of your policy
