The Palisades Repair Guarantee

When you choose to have covered repairs made at a Palisades Guaranteed Repair Shop or a Door to Door Valet Claim Service shop, Palisades guarantees the quality and workmanship of the repairs for as long as you own or lease the vehicle.

Under this guarantee, Palisades will arrange for the correction of any covered repair that fails to meet generally accepted industry standards for form, fit, finish, durability and functionality. Additionally, we will provide you with a rental car at no charge while the corrective repairs provided under this guarantee are completed.

Palisades Guaranteed Repair Shops and Door to Door Valet Claim Service Shops accept all private passenger vehicles and may accept selected commercial vehicles.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper maintenance, neglect, abuse or subsequent accident. It also does not apply to any work on the covered repair performed by anyone other than a certified Palisades repair shop.
