    Door to Door Valet Claim ServiceSM
We manage the repair process from start to finish. We’ll arrange to tow your car to a participating Door to Door Valet repair shop of your choice. If you have substitute transportation coverage, we’ll also arrange to deliver a rental car. And, we guarantee the covered repairs for as long as you own or lease this vehicle. You don’t have to take time off work or change your schedule, making the repair process as stress-free as possible.

  • Fast settlement: Our mobile claim service Crashbusters® vans
The first of their kind – bring our appraisers directly to your damaged vehicle where they assess the damage in person. In most cases they issue a check on the spot. You can then take your car to your choice of repair shops or one of our guaranteed repair shops.

  • Guaranteed Repair Shops
Take your car to a Palisades Guaranteed Repair Shop of your choice. With Guaranteed Repair Shops, the repairs can start immediately, without waiting for an appraiser’s visit. Palisades will not only pay the covered amount for your repairs, less any deductible, but will also guarantee the work for as long as you own or lease this vehicle. Note that Door to Door Valet shops also guarantee repairs.

  • Traditional repair shops
You take your car to a state licensed shop of your choice. An appraisal will be done at your shop, typically in a day or two after the claim is reported.
  • Keep you moving
Customers with full collision coverage receive accident-related towing to a local destination of their choice – at no additional charge. We’ll also help you get a rental car – just ask. If your Palisades auto policy includes substitute transportation coverage, the covered cost of your rental will be billed to Palisades. If you do not have this coverage, the expense can be billed to your major credit card.
  • Email with your claims record
Customers can automatically get an email from the field appraiser, to include detailed pictures of your damaged vehicle and repair estimate. You’ll also get updated pictures and estimates if the shop finds additional damage, and a supplemental appraisal is needed.
Just verify your email address when reporting your claim or provide it to the appraiser upon inspection.

This service may be available for business customers with personal passenger vehicles insured on a commercial policy - please check with the representative when reporting your claim. For example limousines, trucks, and large vehicles are unfortunately not available for Door to Door service.
